Why remodelers use portable storage
Remodels create temporary clutter and tight access. SOS delivers a steel container to your property; you pack what needs to leave the work zone; we leave the unit on-site or retrieve it for climate-controlled warehouse storage until you are ready. SOS does not load or unload your contents.
How a remodel job typically runs
- Request an estimate with your addresses, timing, and preferred unit size.
- Confirm driveway or lot placement using the placement guide before delivery day.
- SOS delivers; you pack furnishings, tools, and materials that must leave the work zone.
- Keep the unit on-site through the project, or send a qualifying 16′/20′ unit to warehouse storage.
- When rooms are ready, unpack and schedule pickup — timing is confirmed by SOS.
Typical unit choices
- 16′ portable for focused rooms and shorter projects
- 20′ portable when more length helps
- Mobile office storage when crews need a small on-site office (customer-site only)
