Portable storage
On-site storage
A steel unit stays at your property so tools, materials, or household goods stay close at hand.
What on-site storage means
After delivery, the portable container remains at your address while you use it. That keeps contents nearby for remodels, seasonal overflow, and job sites — without a separate warehouse trip every time you need something. You load and unload; SOS delivers and later retrieves the unit when you are done.

When it fits
- Home renovations where rooms need to be cleared but items stay accessible
- Contractor and builder job sites that need materials close to the work
- Seasonal household overflow when driveway or yard space allows
- Projects that may later move into climate-controlled warehouse storage if the site gets tight
Placement requirements
Placement depends on access, surface, and clearance. Choose a level, firm pad with truck approach room. Review our placement guide before delivery day. HOA or permit rules are your responsibility to check. We confirm site details before scheduling — clearance alone does not mean placement is approved.
Unit options
- 16′ portable and 20′ portable for general storage
- 24′ mobile office when crews need a small on-site office (customer-site only)
