How it works
Four steps: deliver, load, store or move, then pickup.
Deliver
We place a steel unit at your site after confirming access and scheduling.
Load
You pack the unit on your schedule. Keep door and approach clear for later pickup. SOS does not load or unload your contents.
Store or move
Keep the unit on-site, send it to climate-controlled warehouse storage, or move it to another address per your estimate journey.
Pickup
When you are ready, we retrieve or relocate the unit. Timing preferences are confirmed by SOS — not reserved by the estimate alone.
Choose a journey
- Moving storage — bridge two addresses or warehouse-hold between them
- On-site storage — keep the unit at your property
- Climate-controlled warehouse storage — load once, then we store the loaded unit indoors
Before delivery day
Review the placement guide and loading guide. Compare container sizes, then request an estimate. An estimate is a planning figure — scheduling, inventory, and final pricing are confirmed separately by SOS.
