Placement guide

Helpful planning tips before delivery. Final placement is confirmed by SOS for your site.

Choosing a placement spot

Choose a level, firm surface with room for the delivery truck to approach and leave. Keep overhead wires, tree limbs, and tight corners in mind. HOA or permit rules are your responsibility to check for your property. Clearance alone does not mean placement is approved — grade, surface, truck path, and site constraints can still block delivery.

Delivery-day checklist

  • Keep the planned pad clear of vehicles and debris on delivery day.
  • Tell us about gates, low clearance, soft ground, or shared driveways early.
  • Timing is confirmed separately — an estimate does not schedule delivery.
  • If the unit will stay on-site, plan ongoing access for loading and later pickup.
