We price each job for your unit, journey, and addresses. An estimate is a planning figure — never a reservation.
What drives your price
We do not publish a public dollar rate card. Your estimate reflects the combination of choices below so we can confirm a figure for your job rather than a one-size schedule.
- Unit type — 16′, 20′, or 24′ office/storage.
- Journey — keep the unit on-site, move between addresses, or send a loaded 16′/20′ unit to climate-controlled warehouse storage.
- Distance and access — delivery miles, driveway or lot constraints, and placement needs affect feasibility and pricing.
- Warehouse handling — when the unit is retrieved and stored indoors, warehouse transport and timing are confirmed on the estimate.
- Tax and timing — applicable tax and schedule are confirmed by SOS for your request.
Portable units
Choose a unit and storage mode on your estimate. Customer-site and climate-controlled warehouse options are confirmed for your job. The 24′ office unit is customer-site only — warehouse monthly storage is not available for that product.

Boat storage
Boat storage at NCIS is priced by measured length. Request an estimate for your boat — final pricing is confirmed by SOS.

What an estimate may include
Your estimate may reflect delivery and pickup, relocation between addresses, warehouse transport, mileage, applicable tax, placement needs, and optional services. We confirm those lines for your job rather than publishing a separate fee schedule.
Value of the SOS model: you load once, avoid repeated truck trips, keep storage at the property when it fits, move the same container later, or choose climate-controlled warehouse storage for qualifying units. Compare container sizes and read the FAQ — we do not publish competitor comparisons.
